Do you offer a warranty or guarantee against algae and mold returning after a wash?

Accepted Answer

Due to Trinidad & Tobago's tropical climate — with high humidity and frequent rainfall — algae and mold regrowth is more persistent than in temperate regions. We do not offer a fixed-term warranty against regrowth. However, our returning customer loyalty programme offers discounts on repeat bookings. Regular maintenance washes every 6–12 months are far more cost-effective than waiting for heavy build-up.

How do you protect my plants, landscaping, and outdoor electronics during the wash?

Accepted Answer

We conduct a pre-job site inspection to identify all valuables, delicate plants, open outlets, cameras, and other potential hazards. We physically cover open electrical outlets, outdoor electronics, and sensitive plants. For clients with gardens, pets, or young children, we offer eco-friendly cleaning agents as an alternative.

Will you check for cracks, loose tiles, or drainage issues that washing might worsen?

Absolutely. Before any washing begins, our team conducts a thorough inspection. We take pre-job photo documentation and if we spot any existing defects — cracks, loose tiles, damaged mortar — we alert the property owner immediately and advise whether washing could worsen the issue.

Question 4

Do I need to be home during the service? Do you need access to my water supply?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to be present at the property. All we need is clear access to the areas being washed (gates unlocked, etc.) and access to an outdoor tap or hose connection for the duration of the job. In the event of a WASA water disruption, we ask for permission to use on-site water tanks.

Does the quoted price include all taxes and chemical costs, or are there hidden add-ons?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our pricing is fully transparent. The quote accounts for all expenses upfront, including labour, chemicals, fuel, equipment wear, and applicable taxes. The only scenario where an additional charge would apply is if you request extra work during the job beyond the original scope.
