Power Washing FAQ — Trinidad & Tobago

Everything you need to know before booking your pressure washing or exterior cleaning service with Apollo Works & Sanitation LTD in Trinidad & Tobago.

Due to Trinidad & Tobago's tropical climate — with high humidity and frequent rainfall — algae and mold regrowth is more persistent than in temperate regions. For this reason, we do not offer a fixed-term warranty against regrowth.

However, we firmly believe in rewarding loyal customers. Our returning customer loyalty programme offers discounts on repeat bookings, so maintaining your property's appearance stays affordable over time.

Tip: Regular maintenance washes (every 6–12 months) are far more cost-effective than waiting for heavy build-up, and loyalty discounts make this even more affordable.

Protecting your property is a core part of our process. Here's how we handle it:

  • Pre-job site inspection — We walk the property to identify all valuables, delicate plants, open outlets, cameras, and other potential hazards before any work begins.
  • Physical protection — We cover open electrical outlets, outdoor electronics, and sensitive plants to prevent any damage from water or cleaning agents.
  • Eco-friendly option — For clients with gardens, pets, or young children, we offer eco-friendly cleaning agents as an alternative to standard chemicals.

Absolutely. Before any washing begins, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the surfaces to be cleaned. Here's our approach:

  • Pre-job photo documentation — We take pictures of the property's condition before we start, so there's a clear record for both parties.
  • Upfront communication — If we spot any existing defects — cracks, loose tiles, damaged mortar — we alert the property owner immediately and advise whether the washing could worsen the issue or have no impact.

We believe transparency builds trust. You'll never be surprised by damage that was already there.

No, you do not need to be present at the property. We guarantee the same level of professionalism whether you're home or not — all we need is:

  • Property access — Clear access to the areas being washed (gates unlocked, etc.).
  • Consistent water supply — Access to an outdoor tap or hose connection for the duration of the job.

WASA disruptions: In the event of a disruption in the WASA water supply, we ask clients for permission to use their on-site water tanks so the job can continue without delay.

Yes — our pricing model is designed to be fully transparent. The quote you receive accounts for all expenses upfront, including labour, chemicals, fuel, equipment wear, and applicable taxes.

The only scenario where an additional charge would apply is if you request extra work or agree to an upsell during the job — for example, asking us to wash an additional wall or driveway section that wasn't in the original scope.
